Due to the nature of our skincare products as well as hygienic considerations, we do not accept returns on our skincare products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to dispose of the product as follows:
- Bar soaps – regular trash
- Bar soap wrap – paper recycling/composting bin. If clean, it can also be re-used.
- Bar soap label – regular trash. It is biodegradable.
- Sugar scrub – sink, toilet or trash. It is safe for septic systems.
- Sugar scrub jar – plastic recycling bin. It can also be sterilized with alcohol and re-used.
- Dry oil – regular trash. Do not discard in sink or toilet due to its high oil content.
- Dry oil bottle – plastic recycling bin. It can also be sterilized with alcohol and re-used.
- Body balm – regular trash. Do not discard in the sink or toilet due to its high oil content.
- Package shred/boxes – paper recycling bin. It can also be composted and/or re-used.
We will accept returns for any accessories purchased on our website (washcloths, sachets, soap dishes, etc.). Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in reasonably good condition (not torn, chipped, soiled or stained). If you are unsatisfied with these items and wish to return them, please give us a call at 1-800-964-4125 or e-mail us at email@example.com and we will arrange to mail you a prepaid USPS label. It may take up 7-10 days for us to send this to you once we have received your request. Items may be placed in a USPS Parcel Post envelope or plain box for re-shipping to us.
At no time should our products be re-sold to a third party. At no time should our products be re-gifted once the seals/packaging have been removed and/or the product has been used by the customer. We are not responsible for any adverse effects or liability resulting from such actions on the part of the consumer.
If you do not receive your purchased item, if it arrives damaged, or if you are in any other way unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, we will be happy to issue you a refund or a credit. You have 7 days to notify us of a lost or damaged item once a purchase has been made.
A refund can be issued using the credit card information provided during purchase. Please allow 5-7 days for this to be reflected on your credit card balance, once we have received your returned item or refund request.
If you wish we can send you, instead of a refund, a replacement item or a Coupon Code allowing you to purchase an item of equal or lesser value on our website. Please contact us via e-mail or call 1-800-964-4125 to request a replacement item or a store credit coupon code.
